Multidimensional artist Julia Foti is a creator in the dance field. Originally from New Jersey, Foti has been performing for over 15 years. She is an alumnus of Rutgers University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with degrees in Dance (BFA) and psychology (B.Sci).
Foti has worked with Stephanie Batten Bland, John Evans, John Heginbotham, Randy James, Benny Royce, and Abby Zbikowski.
As a dance educator, Foti emphasizes creative freedom and technical accuracy. Her teaching experience ranges from students between 10-18 years old, from beginner to advanced levels. Foti is also passionate about working with the neurodivergent community and has taught classes for students on the Autism spectrum. In her creative endeavors, Foti has created dance works for both live performance and film that speak on her experiences as a young artist.
Julia Foti is committed to making art that challenges, informs, and inspires audiences of all kinds. Being deeply rooted in the Generation Z experience, she aims to clearly and inclusively tell stories that all can empathize with. Foti gives endless thanks to those who have helped her become the ever-evolving person she is today.
